If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’ve got you covered. We offer an exchange or full refund on new and/or gently-used products within 30 days of delivery. Products must have been purchased through our online store. Please note, all e-gift card purchases and free gifts cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and zip code. We’ll provide you with a prepaid label upon request, and there is no restocking fee. If you don't know your order number, you can locate it by searching for your order confirmation email in your inbox. If you are still not able to find it, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to pay to ship a return?
All returns within the U.S. are free. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive an email with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label. If you choose to return your glowoasis product through your own preferred shipping method, you must indicate so and pay any applicable additional charges. You must pay any taxes, customs, and fees incurred regarding your order.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns take about two weeks to process, including transit time to our warehouse. Once processed, your refund will be initiated, and we’ll notify you via email.
For standard shipping, we typically fulfill and ship orders within 24-48 hours on business days. We use UPS and USPS (DHL for international orders). In the U.S., delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after shipping, and international delivery takes 1-3 weeks. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
